1980 to present-Art Director/ Designer/ Consultant/ Illustrator/ Proprietor of Ice King Design. Design, illustraion, multimedia productions, print design, and art direction. Produce high-quality design along with a consortium of photographers, production artists, and subcontractors for all aspects of print and on-line design and production work.

April 1995 to June 1997-Art Director Apple Computer, Cupertino California. Developed and implemented art programs for technical documentation, provided leadership, knowledge and problem solving in many areas, including systems, applications, print design issues, html design and advanced pre-press. Designed and produced a wide variety of materials for trade shows, conferences and other high visibility venues. Oversaw and trained contractors to maintain style consistency and coherence over very large suites of books.

1989 to present-Instructor, University of California Extension, Graphics Certificate program. Teach a variety of classes, specializing in typography design and production, computer skills on the Macintosh computer, and Adobe Illustrator for advanced students.

August 1987 to 1991-Technical Director, Earthshare. Tour California schools with multimedia program sponsored by Ventana Wilderness foundation designed to teach children about our relationship to planet Earth.

1984 to 1991-Customer Representative, E-mu Systems. Provide technical and systems level help over the phone. Design product manuals, technical manuals, presentations, direct mail products, engineering drawings, point-of purchase displays, inserts using Adobe Illustrator, Aldus PageMaker, and a variety of other programs.

Education

BFA Summa Cum Laude Augusta College, Augusta Georgia. Received many honors including a Governors internship from the Governor of the state of Georgia. Administrative assistant in a Public Arts Agency.
